Privacy Policy
Last updated October 6, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Freight IQ Strategies LLC ("FreightIQ," "we," "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, handles information on freightiqllc.com.
What we collect
Information you give us when you use our contact form or join the self-dispatch waitlist: your name, phone number, email address, MC number, truck and trailer details, how you want to be reached, and anything you write in your message.
Basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) is processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this page.
Videos
Our videos are hosted on YouTube. We load the player only after you click play, and we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. When you play a video, YouTube (Google) may collect information under its own policies.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and talk with you about dispatching.
- To provide dispatch services under a written agreement, if you become a carrier with us.
- To email you about self-dispatch, if you joined the waitlist. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our form delivery provider, our email provider (Google Workspace) and our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and run our business, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or opt out of emails, by writing to info@freightiqllc.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
